These sales conditions (hereinafter, the "Sales Conditions") govern the agreement between the company INDES MEDICAL S.L. with Tax ID B86206968 (hereinafter INDESmed), with registered office at C/ Principal, 11. 28815 Serracines, MADRID, Spain, and the customer (hereinafter, the "Customer"), formalized through the website www.indesmed.com (hereinafter, the "Website") for the acquisition of INDESmed products.

To place an order through the Website, the Customer must be of legal age (18 years or older). The steps to make a purchase are described in the "How to buy and help" section of the Website. The confirmation of the order by INDESmed will constitute a binding contract, provided there is stock availability. INDESmed may modify these conditions, previously announcing any changes on the Website. The applicable conditions will be those in force at the time of purchase.

The prices shown on the Website include the corresponding VAT and are expressed in Euros. The Customer can pay using the methods enabled in the purchase process, as detailed in the help section. INDESmed reserves the right to modify prices at any time, although the applicable prices will be those in force at the time of order confirmation.

The conditions, areas, and delivery times are specified in the "Shipping" section of the Website. INDESmed does not guarantee deliveries on holidays or weekends. The Customer must verify the condition of the package upon receipt and report any incident within a reasonable time.

Purchases made through the INDESmed Website are governed by Spanish law. In everything not expressly provided, the provisions of current regulations on electronic commerce, data protection, and consumer and user protection will apply.

Any dispute arising from the application or interpretation of the Sales Conditions will be resolved in the courts of Madrid (Spain), unless the Customer holds the status of consumer under current legislation, in which case the court of the consumer's domicile will be competent.
